Continuing Legal Education in Geospatial Evidence

Practical, litigation-focused CLE courses that teach attorneys how to understand and use a variety of geospatial data types as evidence in real cases. Designed for real-property, land-use and environmental litigation.

Practical, Litigation-Focused Instruction

These CLE courses are developed and taught by a practicing geospatial expert witness and focus on how geospatial evidence is actually used in litigation—not theory, software training, or abstract concepts.

Instruction emphasizes:

  • How historic imagery and elevation data are created

  • What geospatial evidence can and cannot show

  • Common pitfalls and misinterpretations

  • How courts evaluate imagery-based evidence

  • How attorneys can work effectively with geospatial experts

The goal is to give attorneys confidence when evaluating, presenting and challenging geospatial evidence.
