Practical, Litigation-Focused Instruction
These CLE courses are developed and taught by a practicing geospatial expert witness and focus on how geospatial evidence is actually used in litigation—not theory, software training, or abstract concepts.
Instruction emphasizes:
-
How historic imagery and elevation data are created
-
What geospatial evidence can and cannot show
-
Common pitfalls and misinterpretations
-
How courts evaluate imagery-based evidence
-
How attorneys can work effectively with geospatial experts
The goal is to give attorneys confidence when evaluating, presenting and challenging geospatial evidence.
